Andy Britton
Director
Andy is an experienced and passionate charted structural engineer with 18 years in the field both in the UK and overseas.
Previous projects range from multi-million-pound mass rapid transit projects in Singapore to adventure centres in North Wales.
Andy has a real thirst for all things structural and enjoys serving clients and ensuring their requirements are fully met through exceptional service.
Ryan Brickell
Technical Director
Ryan is a Technician Member of the IStructE and has over 26 years’ experience in the Construction industry.
Utilising his expertise in Autodesk’s Revit & AutoCAD, Ryan is responsible for the technical delivery of projects and has extensive experience in a wide range of construction methods and materials.
Ryan prides himself on attention to detail and providing a professional service on every project.
Paolo Carnevale
Director
Paolo is a skilled and knowledgeable Chartered Civil Engineer.
Paolo has comprehensive technical understanding along with extensive experience within the UK construction industry. Having worked as a Civil Engineer for over 10 years, Paolo has been involved in schemes ranging from major infrastructure projects through to large residential developments.
He emphasises the importance of working closely with clients from the outset and enjoys developing the design from conceptual stages through to completion.
Jack Craggs
Graduate Engineer
Jack is an MSc graduate engineer working in both Civil and Structural disciplines.
His previous projects include designing complex drainage networks for sites that require SAB approval to the structural design of agricultural portal frames.
Jack strives to progress daily in his skills and knowledge and to be a valuable asset in any engineering scenario. Through continuous personal development and guidance from the exceptional team members at Bear, he aspires to become a Chartered Engineer.
Walter Hung
Graduate Engineer
Walter is a graduate engineer with an MSc in Civil and Water Engineering.
He is passionate about Sustainable Urban Drainage System (SuDS) design, with over two years of experience in SAB-approved SuDS designs for various projects in commercial, industrial, and residential domains.
Walter is committed to providing high-standard engineering designs with thorough project consideration.
